Discovering your personal values is an important part of the process when trying to uncover your soul’s life purpose. Having a clear list of values provides insight into the qualities within yourself that are the most crucial.

So, what IS a value?

A value is an internal characteristic or behaviour that is important to you and defines who you are and how you show up in the world. It is a trait that guides you through life and helps you to make decisions.

Your values generally stay with you throughout your life and if there is a shift in your values, it is because of internal influence. Unlike priorities that change throughout your lifetime and shift because of your external environment, values tend to stay consistent and steady.

This week, our focus has been on the values of Gratitude, Empathy, Compassion and Strength.
